How do I claim my rank rewards?

As some of our rank rewards are custom, they will need to be manually added. Please ensure you have filled out our donation template provided in our store forum on our Discord.

What happens if I no longer subscribe?

You'll lose any active benefits to your rank (eg. increased claims, prefix, commands, animal caps, etc). Anything you have already had spawned in will remain.

Can I buy store items / ranks for someone else?

Yes, you're free to purchase ranks or store items as a gift or on behalf of another player. Please ensure you have the correct username for the player you are gifting to.

Can I sell my rank rewards in game?

You may opt to sell horses or animals from your rank if they are no longer needed - in the case of items like breeding tokens they may not be resold for in game profit.

REFUND POLICY

Due to our store containing virtual products, we are not able to offer refunds - any purchases made are final unless in the case of fraud.

Inactive Asset & Paid Item Removal Policy

To keep the server running smoothly and prevent lag or storage issues, all player-owned assets may be removed after a period of inactivity. This includes animals, horses, properties, containers, and any items obtained through purchases or in-game rewards.

“Inactivity” means not logging into the server for 60 consecutive days.

By playing on the server or making a purchase, you agree to the following:

Items Are Not Permanent
All in-game items, perks, and assets, including paid items, are not permanent and are not guaranteed to remain on the server indefinitely.

Automatic Removal After Inactivity
Player assets may be removed after 60 days of inactivity without prior notice.

Bans and Asset Removal
If you are banned, your items may be removed. You should assume that any assets tied to your account are no longer available once a ban is issued.

Claiming Purchased Items
Purchased items are not stored indefinitely. If you have not claimed your purchased items, you must open a support ticket within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unclaimed items will no longer be granted.

No Refunds or Compensation
Removed or unclaimed items, including anything purchased or obtained, will not be refunded, replaced, or compensated.

Agreement to Terms
By playing on the server or making any purchase, you agree to this policy and understand that the server is not responsible for any loss of assets due to inactivity, bans, or failure to claim items.
This policy helps keep the server fair, stable, and enjoyable for everyone.
